Small Group Personal Training
A cost effective alternative to 1-1 personal training. Limited to 5 people, receive bespoke training at a fraction of the cost. Focusing on full body circuit training style workouts.
Online 1-1 coaching
Fully tailored 1-1 online coaching - including training plan, nutrition plan, habit coaching, weekly check-ins, form reviews, weekly updated program and a weekly video detailing next steps.
Personal Training
Based in the North Kent, UK location. 1-1 personal training includes training program, nutrition support as well as 45-60 minute PT sessions. We work HARD, focusing on what moves you closer to your goals.
Additional Perks
Support and communications
Within a community of peers, you will receive support from the team and your coach. With weekly reviews of your training and lifestyle.
Challenges
Competition is the key to motivation. Step challenges, workout leaderboards and more. Within a forum we will compete and push one another.
Live workouts
Within the coaching system, we will be engaging in live workouts. With the option of joining or completing in your own time. These will be bodyweight and HIIT based.

TRACK YOUR TRAINING
Track your training within the app down to the rep. See what you did last time you completed an exercise. Get feedback from your coach. Follow the exercise videos, add the reps and weights completed during the session. Never have to think about what you are going to do in the gym again.
GET NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Follow tailored macros and track your nutrition via MyFitnessPal, it comes across to the app and gives a comprehensive break down to you and your coach. Follow recipe books, post pictures of your meals and finally stick to a diet that works for you.
TRACK AND STICK TO HABITS
Kick the habits that you've been meaning to kick for years, add in the habits that are going to take you closer to your goals. Track them daily, weekly or monthly and never look back.
